Very true, but i mean the thought of knowing that you're diet will WORK and is GUARANTEED is very intriguing.. I mean you leave a deposit, but after the diet expires if the results dont prove to be what was originally intened you dont have to pay the full amount..

It's like people who self diagnose vs. the ones who listen to the person who went to school for it? Go with your gut and give it a shot. I have seen so many people who "Know everything" in the gym look the same and use the same weights year after year.
