Spotting the FAD(aka bullshit) diet

I think that's a pretty accurate set of criteria for spotting the bullshit fad diet.

The person endorsing it could be a giveaway too. Like Sly promoting his cutting supps ,when he's already cut (that's a bit of numero deux as well but you get the idea)
