Default Stop Cheating?

A big question, that I'm sure many of you have answered:
Because I am a student, I am busy most of the weekdays. Therefore, I am able to set up my diet so that I eat small meals, and what I eat is healthy. Because I don't have much time in the day, I am able to stick to this diet. I exercise almost 6 days a week.
On the weekends however (Fri. night-Sunday night), I can't seem to stick to this plan. I "binge eat," mostly on unhealthy foods. I do this because most of the time, I feel that it will be okay for me to do this. Obviously this is false.
Does anybody have any healthy recipes that I can follow to make food that will satisfy my cravings?
A more important question, how do you prevent yourselves from "cheating" on your diet throughout the week?

this does work either it burns your mouth, or u just get sick (i get sick from it) but u have to put on alot of pepper. as far as your binge eating just keep all of the bad food out of the house that way even if u do get a craving for it theres none of it to eat anyway lol i would try to stay away from pills unless they are nessary as in to the point where u cant limit yourself no matter what u do, they cost money that could be spent on better things

Well, I think the first question is if this "binge" eating is interfering with your diet and physical goals?

Are you trying to lose weight and you think these weekend forays into bad-food-land is holding you back? Are you trying to cut up with the same result?

Or are you just feeling guilty about not sticking to a sensible eating plan?

Give yourself 1 cheat day, say Saturday and get back on your diet on Sunday. You need 1 day and 1 day only to keep you from going insane. I know you can do that.
