My gym is having a strongman comp. on Sunday which i have decided to enter, just to test out some unusual exersizes, essentially those that don't soley involve either dumbells or barbells
Now unfortunately this has come at a rather inoppertune time for me as i am currently a fortnight into cutting, and i was wondering for the next couple of days, or maybe Saturday at least, can i throw the cut diet out of the window? Now i don't mean eat shit but actually take some calories into my system in rediness for the comp. as i am afraid if i dont i may very well die after the first event!?
