im into the 3rd week and im still adapting to the workouts...
weighed in last night and i was down about 1lb since i started, but bf% (taken by the electric scale

) showed i'd dropped about 2% bf.
how accurate that really is i'm not sure b/c it registers as 23%bf (started at 25%) when realistically im much closer to 11-12%. abs are starting to come in and i don't usually see them until i get to 10% or under.
i can see dramatic improvements in teh mirror. this diet/routine is tough, but i like it
