Default What About Grapes?

So, I know that they are high glycemic, but also been told that they convert to water. Help me out! What effect will they be on me at about a 1 cup serving size. I am preparing for a competition.

OOps forgot the smiley face I know some of my fat friends who eat a cup of grapes, the only difference is that they eat out of a 32 oz cup vs mine only about 4.

hahah, got ya! No, mine is a standard 1 cup measuring cup. And yes, i do measure... I have a can opener and all my plastic silverwear etc. that goes everywhere in my cooler with me. I looked up seedless green grapes on food network.com and found that a 1 cup serving size is 28g of carbs. Not worth is to me to even eat if i'm only allowed 50g of carbs for the whole day... I would rather eat like 1lb of green beans for 45g of carbs....lol

I would never be able to eat that much green beans. May be on my reincarnation, as a rabbit or a cow.
