Breakfast: either eggs, steak, sausage, or days like today, i woke up at 7:20, and needed to leave by 7:30, I threw some protein, oil, flavor and water in a shaker.
Lunch: depending on the day, salad with italian dressing, Steak or chix with veggies, or a tuna helper style dish I throw in a tupperware container and store in the freezer for quick meals.
Dinner: 1-2 hrs after wo, Chicken, Steak or Cottage cheese, and potato, rice, or wheat noodles
Oh, I am sooo happy. Its my B-day soon, and I think my mom is buying me a freezer for my garage. I am going to stock up on chicken, fish, beef and veggies.
Snacks during the day: beef jerky, nuts,
