Question Whey Protein vs "Real Food"

I'm really struggling to get to my daily protein needs. I'm at 185 this morning and that equates to 370 grams of protein for my bulking/building phase.

Is there a huge disadvantage to using a high quality when protein rather than trying to stuff 2 pounds of chicken every day. The whey seems to be more concentrated in protein.

Also, is 52 grams at a time too much to take in.

I am eating a balanced diet with good carbs and veggies as well.

Thanks!

Rick
