Default "Whole foods".

I have read this book ultramatabolism and it is awesome!
Lot's of suplement suggestions and receipes.
All "whole foods" no processed crap.
Keep your metabolism burning off calories.
It's a definite read!

I'll try to check it out some time. The problem is there are limited choices where I live as far as organic foods go. I just have to do my best to eat "clean" and not worry too much about it.
