Default Will someone please help me out with a grocery list and/or daily eating schedule?

I am 22, 6'1", 180 lbs. I am living by myself for the summer for an internship so I have to do my own grocery shopping. I really want to bulk up with muscles but lose the 10% body fat I have on me too.

Would it be to much to ask for someone to help make me a grocery list and/or eating schedule like for breakfast/lunch/dinner everyday to get me eating better and to bulk up?

I don't want to spend to much more money than usual but it would really be appreciated.

I need help with as much detail as possible. Thank you so much to whoever. I promise if you help me it won't be a waste of your time, I promise to use it and be dedicated to it.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I became a vegetarian about a month ago. I will occasionally eat fish though.

It would help if you posted what you thought was a good daily diet and we will then go over it for you...

Well I have some idea but a lot of it is off. It would help more to see your guys' opinions first.

It makes it harder that I am a vegetarian now.

it would help if we knew what protein sources you will eat.

I will eat any protein sources except for pork or any other type of meat. The only type will be fish.

Just post up what you eat now and let people modify the list. You're not being very helpful. I think there are some lists of foods to eat in the nutrition forum. Read through those and make a list and post it for a critique. I'm not going to take the time to do this if you're not going to meet halfway.

By the way, if you lost all of the "10%" body fat you have on you, then you would die.
