Default Wwoooo!!!

I don't know how big of a deal this is for you guys, but I gained 4 pounds of pure muscle in 30 days, and 4 pounds of fat...but I was trying to raise my body fat from about 7% to 10/12% so that is all good news for me =D

Good deal. And a good idea, I think. Try not to let the bf rise much more.

yeah, its going to be tricky adjusting to devouring everything to starting to calculate what I eat and how much...but a little fat is almost inevitable when trying to gain mass.
