Default Any Lifting New Years Resolutions

I have a couple.
405 flat bench
500 A2G squat
450 deads.

Get my arms back up to 17.5"

gain 15-20 lbs of muscle.

I have more but I can't think of them right now.:o

Great post Dave, (hope thats your name)
There are many goals and resolutions on my list this yr, but for "in the gym" ones specificly, I would have to say:

1. To add 15-20lbs of muscle
2. To drop my BF% to single digit status (5-9%)
3. To finally see my six-pack..... and.........
4. To train my ass off to become a fitness model

Well, try not to laugh too hard at numver 4, but I have done modeling before... just not for fitness gigs. Hoping to try somthing new there. It'll be interesting to see what everyone else's resolutions are...

Everyone post here!!!

Just one major one I have trouble with every year .... get in more cardio.

Makes me shudder just thinking about actually fulfilling it

a goal is a goal, and if it makes you a better lifter and gives you something to focus on then it's all good.
