i actually never did any of these things...all i ever did was leg presses, leg curls and leg extensions..

and smith machine squats and smith machine deadliftS :(

I gotta hop this band wagon. I totally agree, this forum and it's members are the best. I haven't contributed near as much as I've gotten from all the advice, opinions, and discussions in these threads and PM's.

I have a feeling I wouldn't still be weight training if not for BB.net. I would of either hurt myself and had to quit or might have quit due to no gains. I see myself training like this for a long time now that I understand the general principles of nutrition, recovery, balanced programming, prehab and rehab, and working within my limitations. I might not have learned everything from BB.net, but I was introduced to it all from here, and that is what I'm most thankful for.

Thanks everyone.

PS Even though I do not post often, I still log in daily and keep up with everything.
