this is true if i was a gym owner and i had arnold working out at my gym i think i would let him do whatever he wanted as far as training with no shoes on, just becuase it would attracted many customers to be training in the room with arnold.

exactly anyone ever hear of bev francis's gym in new york i just wanna go there because of all of the people train there ocasionally http://www.bevfrancis.com/index.html just look at everyone whose been there it would be great motivation when your working out and someone like ronnie coleman walks in the door, or dorian yates to bad its 45 minutes away from my house and im not old enought to drive :(

Bev Francis was the powerhouse back in her day. I wouldn't mind going to that gym either.

yea im definatly hoping one of my brothers or parents would be nice enough to drive me there one day..get a daily pass workout in the same room with some pros it would be a good day for me

why is that? i might be a little intimidated but thats just about it, but im used to it in school when im benching 225 and my freind is putting up 305 sometimes its motivating and sometimes it makes me feel like a pu**y
