Ok, this is going on over at BN too, so i figured why not set this into motion here.
If any of you kids think you can hang with me training wise, here is a friendly invitation to have your asses handed to you. The Challenge:
The way i think we should work it is by goal setting. The person who reaches, or exceeds thier goals, in the alloted time will get something (I got 20 on it, if anyone else wants to throw in so be it).
There is no limit as to supps, or gear, but you must disclose what your using. I will post stats, measurements, pics, and of course goals tomorrow morning. I will start a journal to keep track.
If any of you are up to it, lets get it rollin, and start the shit talking. let the games begin boys.
