Default Favourite exercise

Whats your favourite exercise? Mines bench pressing, when im doing it i feel i can lift a house, (my bp isnt that good but i love it) I hate squats they fucking hurt

deads or rack pulls. i pretty much like everything i do routinely though.

I actually got so obsessed with deads that I had to do a self-intervention. I sat myself down and demanded to myself that I get help

mine currently is the standing military press/shoulder press and deadlifts...It will be a great day when I can press the same weight as I'm deadlifting right now
