a few questions about arm sizes ,and weight lifting at school..

Well i dont know what other lifts you do, but if your doing alot of sets 3 times a week to try and get your arms to grow, that could be killing you. Try doing compound movements like rows, pullups, and overhead pressing and eating closer to 3,000 calories a day and see where that gets you...
