i need some help here. I have been working out for more than a year in the gym. My problem here is that in the morning i wake up with a flat stomach however at around 8pm in the eveving i get ripped.
In the morning usually i don't eat i just drink water.. take protain shake after gym session @ 3pm and eat @ 6pm tuna or chicken salad.
Any help or suggestions? i would like to have my stomach ripped from the time I wake up till the evening.
