it may be around that much time before i actually do buy one. and you know how the houses here in philly are im really not trying to go over 125 thousand just yet. but in 6 months i will have a raise and hopefully a second job for a while. but im def looking right now though so i cna get an idea of what i want exactly and what i need to expect

What area are you looking in?

MONSTAFACE 03-06-2008 11:21 AM

i live in swp right now closer ot the west area so i dont want to move to far. i am thinkin more around the cobbs creek area. they have some cribs around there that are finished and i can honestly say would be better than your typical starter home and i would be able to afford it. it would be nice ot get one of them nice 300 tho cribs in south philly but it will be a minute before i want to pay a 2 to 3000 mortgage by myself. right now im good for around 1 to 1300.

2 things:

1) people who park right in front of the grocery store in the fire lane...even though it's not that cold out today....well...not "park" but wait for somebody...and they are there when i go in...and when i come back out...go fucking park like everyone else you lazy bastard.

2) having to explain to people why i don't like hearing the n-word...is there a need for an explanation? or are you just so fucking caveman you can't wrap your head around it?

I am so NOT that type of chick. I hate that shit.

If you call me, it better be something along the lines of:

You wanna meet up for dinner?

Sure, when?

Tomorrow at 7, Roadhouse.

Great, see you then.

Simple, to the point, no mindless shit. And I don't waste my minutes.

The only excpetion is when I talk with my mom. But that's valid for 'chick talk' time :D
