The more pissed off you get and vent your frustration at people like that....the more they win. In the end they end up with more power over you to change your mood and piss you off than you will ever have to change their way of thinking. The most frustrating thing in the world to people like that is when you refuse to become impatient. It's difficult to do sometimes but I never let some pissant have that kind of power over me...at least not for long.
