Which of the following strategies will bring about the quickest positive changes in either performance or body composition?
a) change in diet
b) change in training program
c) taking a dietary supplement(s)
d) they all work equally well

....

Yes, contrary to popular, widespread and incorrect opinion, many experts believe that diet and/or training will produce the quickest gains.

(Start paraphrase)
Caffeine can have an effect on performance in as little as an hour, creatine in three days, and beta alanine in less than a month.
(End paraphrase)

...

Can anyone rightly provide evidence that a change in diet or training can have a significant effect that quickly? Afraid not, mi amigo.

I read this today and it pissed me off. All it proves is that you can still be a complete fucking dumbass and still get a PhD.

I hate that just because I'm a chick, I have no credibility (god fucking forbid that someone with a vagina knows something). I hate that just because I'm the only fucker on here that competes, I must not know jack shit about training and nutrition ('cause god fucking knows us competitors don't know a damned thing about anything, right? We just all take gear and call it good, right? WRONG motherfuckers!!).

O.Ver.It.

The hate is very strong with me lately.

Blame it on the abdundance of stupid people in the world and the fact that I haven't seen the sun in a long time.

But yeah, hate hate hate hate fucking HATE!
