I hate that just because I'm a chick, I have no credibility (god fucking forbid that someone with a vagina knows something). I hate that just because I'm the only fucker on here that competes, I must not know jack shit about training and nutrition ('cause god fucking knows us competitors don't know a damned thing about anything, right? We just all take gear and call it good, right? WRONG motherfuckers!!).

i hate stupid fucks who think they know how to train people when they just about kill them. this dude is in the gym and i don tknow if he is a recruiter or just a military dude training some young dude. he puts him on the smith machine and makes him do behind the neck presses. (bad for a beginner in the first place) and then he has on more weight than the young dude can handle. the young dude gets on and the weight is to heavy and it is going all the way down. mean while the older dude is telling him to push it.
i wanted to scream WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!!! i politely went over and told him thta he was gona nlet the younger guy hurt himself and the old one replys that he didnt tell the young dude to let it go so low...........................STUPID FUCK DO YOU THINK HE WANTED TO MAKE IT GO THAT LOW. luckily they moves to something else but he alomst let that young dude kill himself

^^^^ he made me so mad widdoes. the weight looked like it was gonan break that kids neck, rotators cuff, and everything. it was horrible. people need to stop that shit. if you dont know what you are doing, dont act like it.
