This situation really sucks BR! I know how it is to feel powerless, to do anything. My little brother went through a couple of years of torture from some bullies. Since I was and adult, I could not do anything neither could my parents or the school for that matter.
Myself and my other younger brother never had these problems, just my little bro was always very introverted. He's a smart kid that is now in UCLA, and is more social nowadays, but went through hell.
The torture for him only lasted a little while, as we did take care of it. It was drastic, but we had to do it (don't worry we didn't kill the little bastards)! But, I had some of my cousins that weren't adults yet at the time, take care of the situation. This really happened and there was alot of shit that went down. Hell even the cops got involved and everything. Even then it was all worth it for my little bro!
I really hope things work out for your son, it's just not right that bullies to get away with shit like this. If there is anything I could ever do for you don't hesitate to ask! Take care of yourself and your family too!
