Every time i read that book it opens new doors for me. It always makes me realize something else that is lacking, or a better way to go about things. The T-nation article wasnt bad, but I got through some of it and there was biotest ZMA ... i hate articles that are actually adds, but thus is T-nation.

This is truth in life. I've found that when even my living space or work space is disorganized, it throws off my internal balance. it amazes me sometimes how simple things can help in training, and in life.
