I do 'heavy' hip-hop, high-energy electronic, like Cascada, some top 40s (good stuff), and most subcategories of rock, except for soft rock. Some (by no means all) of the stuff they play at my gym is pretty cool (or great), and it's a family-friendly place.

Im prone to listen to black/death/thrash. But when i work out i tend to listen to my favorite wrestlers themes. Every now and again ill throw on the Roky soundtracks. Classic movies.
