Be careful finding your max...

I managed to reinjure an old back tear (with nerve nexus complication) about 2 weeks ago.

Just beginning to get back into workouts again.

You can bet your sweet ass I'll be a lot more careful about forum when I test my limits next time.

Not worth it...better to work your way up, as suggested, in 5 x 5s and calculate your max.

Back to scratch (much lower resistance mass) on my deads.

Hopefully my squat performance isn't too badly affected...we'll see.
