I haven't worked out since june when I got in a motorcycle accident,but i joined a new gym and went w my brother wednesday and i forgot how much it hurts to not take it easy at first...my arms are now stuck and won't move

I hope you will get well as soon as possible, I recommend not to start the training like you were before the accident, start a little like a beginner, and then with time you can became as before it.
