^^ They had there chance last year!! A couple of ball hogs on the team -- Didn't they lose Gordon to Detriot this year??

***Missed some cals, it was Friday night and i was out, but refused to eat the pizza and chicken wings that were available; settled with 2 beers which account for 222 calories, and 16 of my carbs SH!T. Didn't realize Labatts Light had so many carbs, time to switch.

---Will post my workout later in a time crunch.

i used to love labatts.....but i cannot stand light beers...i think you should move up to just plain ole labatt blue
