Yeah. Lent my hoodie to someone else, I was shivering after the sun went down but hey. I've had worse. It was worth it. Megadeth is ridiculous live, they've got a light show to shame Whitesnake. Definitely recommend checking them out next time they're around

5/7 "a"
Went with a buddy today, one of those kinda do what each other feels like doing days, which is nice for breaking monotony. Did a plate workout that was a lot of fun... 45lb plate over your head 10x, push it out in front of you 10x, then around your head 10x. Quick break, then everything 9x. Then 8. Then 7...6... and so forth till 1. Not gonna be sore tomorrow since I work all of that stuff like crazy anyway, but holy crap I could hardly lift my arm to take a drink. Fun Noteworthy values:
Squat: 3x3 225 up 5
Bench 5x5 170 keep once more

The plate workout is a good functional strength exercise, for sure. Burns pretty good, but fun in it's own way.
I hadn't considered that before, pity. I switched to the 5x5 after stalling out on the 3x5, but it seems that I might need something more drastic than that. I'll look into your suggestion depending on how the next bench goes.

I haven't been on the site for a while obviously, I've lifted a few times since my last update but at this point keeping track of the weights isn't important. I'm now done with lifting as I leave for OCS in only a few days, it'll be somewhat depressing but extremely nice to get back into it in July Good luck to all until then!
