Sure did. Some hardcore horsepills.. Hopefully it'll speed up recovery because right now, the pain's moved to my teeth which makes me have flashbacks about the first two weeks of having braces!

I don't think you should work out tomorrow. At least not anything strenuous.

DE BENCH
Neutral DB Press: 65 x (4 x 15)
- Retained my speed.
Banded Bench: 165 (9 x 3)
- Doubled monster mini's (black) Tons of tension on the bottom compared to lights. Kept it lighter this week.
Banded Rolling Extensions: 35's x (5 x 10)
- Tough towards the end w/ the band tension.
Seated DB Cleans: 50's x (3 x 10)
- Easy.
That's it.. Just trying to get back at it again after the sinus infection. Felt strong, but I'm going to start from the ground up again in regards to training volume. Tomorrow I wanted to do a some sumo deads, but I think instead I'll do a straight accessory work day albiet reverse hypers, gluteham's, and heavy lat work.

ME BENCH
Neutral DB Press: 70 x (4 x 15)
Closegrip Pin Press: 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 300 x 3, 315 x 3, 335 x 1, 345 x 1, 355-miss, 250 x 5 (70%)
- 3 inches off chest, pointer finger on smooth part of bar. Last set I think was too high up. Still got it a few inches from lockout, so I'm happy with the strain.
Overhead Pin Press: 225 x 5, 255 x 3, 275 x 2
- Set pins so the barbell was almost touching my head. Used a medium/close grip with these as well. Could've hit a triple, but it drifted a bit. Next week I'll widen my grip and lower it down another inch (forehead). I'll post vids in a few days.
Tate Press: 50's x 10, 10, 7
ss w/
Triceps Pressdowns: 150 x 10, 10, 10
- 60 seconds rest after each superset. Triceps gonna be hurtin' tonight.
Hammer Iso High Rows: 315 x 10, 10, 10
- 90 seconds rest
* Pressed for time today, so I ended with that. I was too fryed anyways since I'm still coming back from the sinus infection.
Next week I'm sticking to the rack. I'm debating about some pin presses w/ a 45 degree bench (closegrip) or perhaps doing some banded pin presses to overload my triceps. Thoughts?
