Mesocycle 5 - Week 3

Deadlift Day

Beginning Thoughts:
This is last night's workout...
Workout:
Medicine Ball Tosses:
12 lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

Banded Deadlifts:
255 lbs x 2 reps
255 lbs x 2 reps
275 lbs x 2 reps
275 lbs x 2 reps
295 lbs x 2 reps
295 lbs x 2 reps
295 lbs x 2 reps

Deadlifts:
355 lbs x 1 rep
385 lbs x 1 rep
405 lbs x 2 reps

Bulgarian Squats:
30 lbs x 7 reps x 3 sets

Dumbbell Rows:
90 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Medicine Ball Throws:
12 lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets
Videos:
Deadlifts:
Diet:
Protein = 361.4 grams = 45%
Fat = 105.4 grams = 28%
Carbohydrates = 233.3 grams = 27%
TOTAL = 3,371 Calories
Overall Impression:

That I was kidding just now?

There is a difference between talking about imaginary maxes and saying "you will be able to do so and so later". Never once have I said, Anuj, your max is this even though you never lifted it"

If you want to go around talking about maxes like that it's ok with me but let's not have a debate about a joke I made. I've been telling anuj he would be able to beat 400 for a long time during many doubtful discussions. I simply say that he can't claim it until he has DONE it.
