Ross: I don't like Deadlifting with a belt and my core is strong enough to handle 405 lbs - lol by Diesel standards it should be strong to handle a lot more, I think my core doesn't know that as yet though

I haven't done heavy squats in the last 4 months - but in these 4 months because I have been focusing so heavily on Pistol Squats I have not only maintained my squats but managed to do a deep deep Squat @ 365 lbs. So my squat numbers are not suffering at all. Hell, I did a SSB Box Squat with 395 lbs and it was relatively easy. It's just my Deadlift that doesn't progress in leaps and bounds and that irritates the shit out of me. I won't be alternating it because I've done that before and it doesn't lead to anything positive.
Pitysister: Dude..I don't have a sled and I don't want to use one either. You ever see the type of stuff I do on conditioning day? It has me sore for days and days!! No sled work here.
Thanks a lot for trying to cheer me up, guys....your input does make a difference and I really appreciate it. But I think the idea is to learn what I can from this workout and move with that knowledge and hopefully next week I won't suck this bad.
