Seems odd to me that you can deadlift 500lb but you are struggling with the CoC #1.

Do you do any deadlift work with both hands pronated? (double overhand)

DEADLIFT Training - Mesocycle 32 Week 2

Today's training....Gopi managed to hit 205x2 and Lorelli pulled a neat 215x2. Devraj hammered 365 and I finished in at 495.

Deadlift Warm-ups:
Mobility Drills
135 x 4
245 x 4
295 x 5
345 x 3
385 x 3
425 x 2

Deadlift Work Sets:
475 x 3
475 x 2
485 x 0
485 x 1
495 x 1
This totally fell apart on me. I don't know why. It was strange....But, I decided to ditch the SDT Plan for today and just nail something heavy.

My mother has been on the 15 Day Cleanse from the Dr. Max Powers brand and it works great she goes 4-5 times a day with it, infact she didn't know about the product until her doctor recommended it to her. She ordered it through the direct website.

Her friend also has tried the 15 Day Cleanse from Dr Max but it's taking longer for him because he's an extreme constipated person but he said it's finally coming through. Everyone is different with their digestive system. Hope that helps. My sister is also a very constipated person so she's about to try it out and I'll tell her to write a review I guess in a month since she hasn't started it yet.
