Been out of commission all week with a stomach thing.. :(
Will do some B workouts for a while till I'm 100%..
Stomach still tender, so not eating my 7 meals a day, and am eating stuff like bread and other easily digestible stuff..
Workout B
10 minute w/u run.
SPLIT SQUAT
nwx10x2
50x5x3
BOSU PUSHUPS
25, 11, 10
DEADLIFT
90x5x1
180x5x2
CHINUPS
10, 6, 5
Post WO shake:
70g waxy maize, 30g whey, 5g Creatine.

I dunno..
I sure feel 'em the next day.. LOL
I use that little machine thingy that cradles tha back of your head, put my hands in the middle of that bar in the front..
What were the alternatives you were suggesting before?
