Why have you done the same bench weight for 3 workouts in a row?

Cause I'm having a heck of a time getting to 140.. :(
I always crap out in the middle of my 3rd set, so I wanted to get good and strong and good on form at 130..
4th time's the charm!!!

Doing the same weight every workout won't make you stronger. Unless the reason that you're not able to press 140 is form related, you're not being effective.

I know, but doing 140 with crap form is no good either, right?
I'll keep trying for 140, but I'm not going to push it till my form and everything is clicking..
Hopefully this workout or the next..

Actually felt pretty good.. Arched a little on the last rep of last set, but otherwise, over the hump, looks like..

Thats good that you got it. Good work. So were you actually failing on your last few when you were sticking with the same weight? Or was it more you didn't "think" you could progress because it "felt" heavy? If its the latter then I say, throw on the weight anyways if you dont' try it you'll never know. Thats the beauty of this style of program, once you get up there it always seems heavy but alot of the time you surprise yourself... especially as a beginner.

I was crapping out on my last 1 or 2..
Arching my back, etc..
So I told myself I wouldn't up it till I could do 130 with decent form, which I had done the last time..
I'll probably be stuck at 140 for a while now..
We'll see..

you are supposed to arch your back...just keep your shoulders and butt on the bench.
