today, calves. i have a whatever-i-feel-like-doing regimen, so i did 100 calf raises (5 X 20) with 20 lb. resistance, 100 (5 X 20) bicep curls of 20 lbs., and 20 extra on the left arm (left arm is a little less defined). walked at 4.5 mph for 25 minutes on the treadmill, and that's pretty much it. question, will calf raises affect my vertical jump negatively? update tomorrow.
