today didn't get to start my roy jones routine... i'm probably gonna end up trying the 4 mile jog wednesday morning before school.
went to my friends house and maxed out at 145... did 50 reps of 100 on the bench then did 50 hammer curls. had a whey protein shake, banana, steak and eggs and then proceeded with 2 x 50 sit-ups, 75 crunches, 25 leg raises.
need to eat more...
