Well....I can't say the same. I think I have ice-cream on a weekly basis. Not to mention the unhealthy stuff like that large thin crust pizza I gobbled down right after my workout. LOL....

Mesocycle 2 - Week 2

Extra Workout 2

Beginning Thoughts:
I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving break :)
Workout:
Overhead Squats:
95 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets

Glute Ham Raises:
8 reps x 3 sets

Pull-ups:
6 reps x 3 sets

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press:
75 lbs x 6 reps x 3 sets

Standing Ab Rollouts:
3 reps x 3 sets

Overall Impression:
I am sore as hell and I was very stiff from so many days off.

I feel ya there. Same here. I strained an ab last week doing that fucking abs wheel. And I tried doing free squats for the first time in at least a year w/out a box and my legs were sore for a week.
