Hey Wolf, I know how hard it is keep on a strict nutrition/training plan while attending college taking a 4.5 hour class on tuesday and thursday and working full time. It sucks. I started Graduate School on Thursday so its going to be difficult incorporating my weightloss goals in with my education. I'll figure something out.

J-rock: Thanks for checking in, mate. :) My goals physique wise are pretty simple: I don't care if my body is fat or whatever. I don't want to add any more fat to my face. I hate this double chin. Other than that I could weigh 300 or 180 but with no face fat and strength progression, I am good to go :)
