Squat Day
Cycle 16 Overall Impression: i've had a busy week so far....i didn't get a chance to workout yesterday and i had decided to do squats and pull-ups tomorrow..however, a neat window of opportunity presented itself today so i seized it and decided to squat :)The Workout: Mobility Drills |
