Me too...the people at the gym I lift at are dicks. Or cunts. Whichever you prefer...I was lifting with one of my buddies the other week and he almost got kicked out of the gym for dropping a barbell loaded with RUBBER BUMPER PLATES on the 6 inch thick RUBBER LIFTING PLATFORM.

Why don't you do regular planks next time to see if you can go two minutes. BTW, don't put your head down like that. Try to keep it neutral. And your butt may be a tad high.

i can do regular planks. ive done that plank test of yours twice now. so idecided to do it on an incline. but, ill do the regular plank tomorrow or wednesday :)

if my gym ever kicked me out for dropping weights while doing an exercise, then id show them the finger and get a membership elsewhere.

my gym allows us to do drop weights, etc which is why they have soooooo many bumper plates, etc. i love my gym because it has everything i could ever need.

Military Press Day
Cycle 17

Overall Impression:
the military press part of the workout was really shitty. i wasn't in the mood to workout to begin with...however, i kinda enjoyed it after the pressing work.
The Workout:
Standing Barbell Military Press
- 150 lbs x 3 reps
- 150 lbs x 2 reps
- 150 lbs x 1 rep
- 135 lbs x 5 reps
my reps were really really slow and sluggish. the bar seemed to take forever to move.

Hammer Grip Chin-ups
- 8 reps + 7 reps = 15 reps

High Pulley Cable Rows
- 140 lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
- 100 lbs x 12 reps x 1 set

Barbell Rows
- 135 lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets

Facepulls
- 70 lbs x 10 reps x 1 set

Ab Work
- Hanging Leg Raises = 10 reps x 2 sets
- Overhead Sidebends = 10 lbs x 10 reps x 2 sets
