Ok, sir. I'm just afraid with the lack of actual protein im getting in i will lose strength and become a weakling

The food here is really rich in fats - olive oil, humus, nuts, etc are all over the place. I've been eating good food (I'm hoping) so far but i look a bit lean however i think thats because i am just deconditioned.

i will actually be taking some time off from training. im gonna be doing some really low volume stuff. its the weekend. i just wanted to squeeze in 2 good workout before i do "chilled" workouts for the next 5 days.....

thanks for the help, E....i will do what you suggest and relax more. 4-6 hours of walking around is good enough exercise
