well, lets see, if Obama becomes president, I'm going to save that hundo to pay taxes. if not, I'm going to buy more kettlebells hahahah.
My cycle ended yesterday, started pct this morning. Weight was 257lbs, I woke up late this morning, so I only had a chance to take a few quick measurements, but we are moving in the right direction still.
Measurements: (new measure in parenthesis)
waist 44" (42.5")
Gut (taken around the love handles and across belly button) 47.5" (44")
the gut measurement is whats really starting to come along, I've lost 3.5" and it shows. I still have a lot of work to do, but my weight should drop sharply in the next two weeks as i lose some of the water being held onto from the cycle. Looking forward to seeing where I am at after pct.

No doubt fellas, I also got some new toys this weekend. I picked up a 50lb weighted vest, and a new wide handle 65lb kettlebell, and a grip strength handle (140lber).
This is how my workouts are set up now.
M,W,F: AM cardio, 10 minute walk (warm up and stretch), add 50lb weighted vest, plus incline, 10 minute "hike". As I go along both the incline and the time will increase on these until I reach a full 30 min at the top level incline.
T,Tr, Sunday: KB Lifts, I have a few different set ups that I have been using, and sunday is usually a supplimental, or out of the ordinary training day. For example, i did go-ju dachi (stance) training yesterday, with the vest, very fun stuff.

I know the resistance doesn't vary on the vests like the sled does, but i figured this was the best I could do right now. Unless I want to drag the sled down the side walk in brooklyn lol.

im pretty sure people have seen stranger things. do you plan on running outside with the vest on or maybe going to central park one day out the week to run with it on?

I wasn't really planning on it Monsta, just because I dont think i can run with the vest on without destroying my knees, but doing stairs and such I am definitely going to do. There is a park near me that should be good for that, or just walking from 2nd ave up to 7th would get the job done, its a sick incline.
