I have adjusted calorie intake, and I'm making some better food choices lately. What is really hurting me right now is work, the next two weeks are going to be rough, I worked 9-11 last night, and that will most likely be my schedule through the 17th of this month. I'm trying to fit in stretching and workouts where I can, but its going to be tough.
and of course I wake up with a sinus headache, and feel like crap this morning. I'm just going to have to wait this out, and stay on point with my diet.

Thanks talo, I have some vit c, and i've been using sinus buster and some alavert ... hopefully this will pass soon.
I really fell off this week. No workouts, shitty diet, being sick and working till 11pm every night will really do you in. I didnt even weigh in this morning, I barely got out of bed and made it to work. If I wasn't in the middle of a shit storm at the office, I'd still be at home in bed.
Hopefully I can rest up this weekend, and come back strong next week. I may have to work on saturday though, so it may not be possible.

^^ hell no, I'm back on point this week. got in a good workout last night, and my diet is back on track. Here is what yesterday looked like.
M1- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 packet plenda, sprinkle of cinnemon, 20g bcaas
M2- 6 egg whites w/diced pepers, 4 slices of turkey bacon
M3 - 2 center cut pork medalians, 1/2 cup basmati rice, broccoli
M4 - Buffalo chicken wrap, ate 2/3 of it
M5 - 20g bcaa pre/durring/after workout
M6 - 1 can tuna, 2 slices of whole wheat toast

I'm still a little shy in the cals department, and I want to increase my Protein intake to 325g and fats up a bit too, so I am in the 2600 cal range.
