Sorry for the lack of updates. I work on a politicl campaign and as you can all imagine its a very time consuming endeavor in these last few weeks. I do humbly admit defeat and will pay up the 100 to my worthy competitor.

HOWEVER....

i do contend my plan was not flawed in any way. When I was implemeneting my plan I was losing weight at a good rate and on track to win this challenge. My loss stems only to the lack of time that I was able to commit to working out and eating right. I plan to prove this to my worhty competitor by summarily surpassing his weight loss in the coming months, I will post my ongoing results here in the forum and look forward to the continued battle and ultimate victory I will inevitably achieve over my opponent.

That's kind of funny. You guys were having a weight loss competition. Both were effective when they had the time to follow their diet/exercise routine. It would be cool to see what would happen if you both had the same amount of time to follow a diet. Good competition though. I'd love to see a Round 2.

I'm down for whatever, but i really doubt jeff wants to lose that kind of money to me, especially with the holidays coming up and all. hehehehe

So i have talked to Matt and the rematch is on.

The contest will run through Jan 31st, giving us both a good amount of time to really work our plans and crown a true winner.

The stakes will be 50 bucks, while the financial stakes have lowered the bragging rights have grown.

I will be back soon with starting stats and my plan.

The ultimate showdown will commence.

Can my common sense plan defeat the highly scientific plan of my opponent?

Can a vegetarian triumph over a meat fueled opponent?

We shall see
