Goodluck. I personally find this time of year the hardest to stick to a diet with Christmas and such. But if there is money on the line and your head is in it It's always possible..

hhahaha I am so amped right now. After almost a 2 week hiatus, I actually did cardio last night, lol.

So now that I've lost a decent amount of fat, I'm looking at my options, and I think I'm going to go with a CKD on this. I am not going to start until monday, so that gives me some times to get my plan together. I'll get it posed as soon as i finalize what I want to do.

Just a quick update, I was 255lbs this morining, thats 2lb loss.

I have to say my diet has not been on point, and family and work issues have held me back a lot this week. Not that I mind the family stuff, but the work part is pissing me off. I'm getting very tired of 15hr work days, and people bitching.

Anywho, I have been way below my set caloric intake for each day. I need to work on eating more earlier in the day, I have been relying on eggs and turkey bacon in the morning, but its starting to get hard to eat hahahah.

I also wanted to comment on my pct real quick. This may be one of the best pct's I've done. Libido was down for roughly 3 days total, my strength has seemed to spike a little, which is pretty crazy for this period in my cycle. I'm very impressed with the addition of trans-resversitrol in my pct, it seems to be kicking the boys back into gear quickly.

I have put in an order to nutra, I have 2 bottles of mct oil coming in, 5lbs of ON whey, and some what they call the TNT stack. TNT stack consists of the same trans-resversitrol product I'm currently using, a Stinging Nettle Root suppliment, and a Fadogia Agrestis suppliment. I will be using this to keep hormone levels optimized durring this diet.

Another thing I picked up last time I ordered was VasoCharge by Scivation, it was cheap when i picked up a bottle of Xtend. Its got a lot of great suppliments in it, like citruline, cee, beta alanine, and others. I'm not a fan of NO suppliments, but I like to use them on a keto diet, helps to keep you from feeling flat in the gym.
