Day 23
hit some quads and cardio
front squats
lunges
leg press
leg ext. 4 sets of each and then 30 min on the bike was toast after only 125g carbs all day

day 24
chest, tri, abs
db flye 3sets
flat bb bench 3 sets
incline bb bench 3 sets
decline db press 3 sets
low to high cable crossovers 3 sets
rope pulldowns 3 sets
incline skullcrushers supersetted w cg press 3 sets
overhead db ext supersetted w bench dips 3 ses
hanging leg raises 4 sets
crunched w ball 3 sets

day 25 today is thanksgiving! happy thanksgiving everyone. will be hitting back later.

so far results are great, this morning i weighed 176 so down a pound but also down 1.3% in bodyfat to 12.5%.
diet has been key but i feel freetest is giving me a little edge! vascularity is also up and pumps in the gym even on low carb days!
through one full bottle now. one to go to get to 10% or below
