36 Days in broski's

havent been able to update lately been crazy busy. this high carb cycle week has been pretty solid but im going back to 300 on wednesday down to 100. need to shave off as much fat as i can before my new years vacation.

workouts have been going great this week, strength was up on db incline bench by 5 pounds. been hitting some light cardio after every lift and doing about 15-16 sets per bodypart. tomorrow is a scheduled off day but im going to hit cardio abs and forarms.

i did 20 reps on isolation moves and 8-10 on compounds this last week. really felt good at 20, my shoulders are tore apart today from yesterdays workout. usually my shoulders dont get to sore. this next week im going to do 10-12 reps on isolation and 6-8 on compounds and see where im at strength wise after shedding some fatty pounds.

pro's -
positive mood, high libido, more drive in the gym, great pumps even when depleted, great for mid-section fat loss (seems the cortisol claim is true), less muscle fatigue, as far as strength goes - i've been at a deficit almost the whole time and i think i should be right around or slightly lower than i was when i started.

con's -
oily skin, acne and bacne, taste like poo.

im going to start 6 caps on wednesday, 4 in the morning - 2 one hour pre-workout or all six in the morning on off days. ill take bf stats tomorrow again.
