good mornings: 70 x 8, 75 x 8, 90 x 5
pullthroughs: 20 x 15, 30 x 15
db rows: 50, 2 x 8
pullups: 22.5.....7, 4...bw..9
hip extensions and bi curls.
deads were fucking heavy....i was too wiped for any good pullup numbers

and my ghetto rigged pullthroughs still need a little tweaking. sweaty workout.
