dips: 42.5 x 5, 45 x 5, 47.5 x 5 x 2
band pressdowns: 2 x 15
db clean: 30's, 2 x 8
rear flyes: 15, 2 x 10
abs.
kinda pissed i didn't get 3 x 3 on the 185....perhaps next week...good thing i got safeties.

i'm taking a break from planks...i think doing too damn many is what hurt my shoulders...when i get down in that position they start burning a bit....which blows...cuz they are "fun".
